CRYSTAL LEWIS

Vibrant and compelling, Crystal's energetic voice and distinctive rhythm and blues style have made an indelible mark on contemporary music. She began performing as lead vocalist with bands at the age of 15, and began a solo career in 1987. In 1992 Crystal and her husband started a record label called Metro One. Her music has established her, not only as a bold soloist, but a gifted songwriter and a compassionate communicator. She has performed before more than 1,000,000 people and won the Gospel Music Association, Dove Award for Female Vocalist of the Year, and the Best Recorded Spanish Album of the Year, iLa Belleza de la Cruzi. Through all these achievements, her focus remains true, "Our ways are not His ways, and our time is not His time, and before you can find peace, you have to accept that."
